GEOS BRIGHTON is LOCATED to THE WEST OF BRIGHTON AND HOVE, A 15 MINUTE BUS RIDE FROM THE CITY CENTRE ON THE EDGE OF ONE OF THE MAIN RESIDENTIAL AREAS OF THE CITY. THIS MEANS OUR HOST FAMILIES ARE LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE SCHOOL AND are NORMALLY LESS THAN 25 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE.

GEOS Brighton’s location combines the best of local services, access to the city centre and access to accommodation. We are located on the edge of the city centre and a 15-minute bus ride from the heart of Brighton.
The school is close to the local shopping area named George Street, which has all the shops and facilities needed for everyday living including banks, pharmacies, cafes, bars, mobile telephone shops, travel agents and exchange bureaus.
We are also on the edge of one of the nicest residential zones in the city in an area named ‘Poets’ Corner’.
We normally guarantee that our host family accommodation is between 2 and 25 minutes walking distance from the school.
Sometimes during the busy summer season it can be a little further to walk but no more than a 10 minutes bus journey to school.
This means you save time and money staying with a GEOS host family.
There are many other facilities and attractions close to GEOS. The beach is only 8 minutes walk away, and the lovely Hove lawns seafront promenade is 10 minutes away. Hove railway station, which has services to central London is only 8 minutes walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside the school with buses every 4 minutes during the day time and every 15 minutes at night.
