Deposit

You must pay a £200 deposit when you book a course. Please pay the balance of your fees 3 weeks before the start of your course. Please note that we do not normally issue any documents unless a deposit has been received.

How to make payments

You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or debit card (Maestro) – you can do this on the enrolment form.

You can pay by bank transfer. Please tell your bank that you must pay any bank charges. Please also make sure that your name and student reference number are in the “senders reference” and also fax or email us a copy of the transaction confirmation.

You can pay by cheque (UK sterling from a bank in Britain only). Make the cheque payable to AMVIC UK Ltd. Please write your name and student reference number on the back of the cheque.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

If you cancel 14 or more days before the start of your course, GEOS will keep the £50 enrolment fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your course, GEOS will keep the £200 deposit. If you arrive after the start of your course, are absent during your course or leave before the end of your course, there can be no refund of tuition fees. However, if a course is cancelled by GEOS, we will give a complete refund.
